Abstract
Business success often depends on effective competition, which requires strategic planning. One emerging approach is Green Competitive Advantage (GCA) management, first introduced in 2011 and recognized as a vital strategy in modern management. This study provides a systematic review of GCA management, analyzing literature trends, geographical adoption, and influential factors. It also explores the benefits organizations gain by adopting GCA as a framework for sustainability. The findings show that applying green innovation and fostering environmental awareness significantly improve organizational performance, create competitive advantages, and support long-term business sustainability. The study contributes both theoretically and practically. Theoretically, it synthesizes outcomes from various studies to better understand how GCA influences organizations and environmental performance. Practically, it offers insights for policymakers to design effective strategies that encourage green innovation and sustainable business practices. In addition, the research highlights the practical advantages for business professionals, emphasizing the importance of GCA as a promotional tool and a framework for sustainable growth. By increasing GCA literacy among practitioners and stakeholders, organizations are better equipped to implement green changes (GCs) and align business operations with environmental goals. This positions GCA as a critical element in achieving a sustainable and competitive business future.
